About the Role
We are hiring an Account Executive (Outbound & Inbound Sales) to drive new business through proactive outreach.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn when not in demos or doing warm touches
- Engage HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and business leaders & owners
- Identify hiring pain points and qualify opportunities
- Book and schedule product demos for prospective customers
- Manage outreach and pipeline activity inside CRM systems
- Follow outbound cadences and sales processes
- Handle objections and navigate conversations with confidence
- Partner closely with leadership to improve messaging and outreach strategy
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM

- Consistently meeting outbound activity expectations
- Generating qualified demos and sales pipeline
- Building strong prospect relationships
- Learning and improving objection handling over time
- Contributing ideas to improve sales messaging and process
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 1+ years in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, hospitality, or another people-facing role
- 2+ years in a SaaS SDR or AE position
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Bonus Points For:
- SaaS sales experience
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, or Talent Acquisition exposure
- Startup experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
