Recruiter (Agency Staffing)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients and candidates to identify, attract, and place top talent. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and helping clients fill critical positions quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting

• Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, database searches, and outbound outreach
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and overall fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback and coaching

Client Support

• Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
• Match candidates to open roles based on skills, experience, culture, and business needs
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding activities as needed

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate and organized records within the ATS/CRM
• Track candidate activity, interview progress, and placement updates
• Manage recruiting workflows and ensure timely follow-up
• Meet recruiting KPIs, hiring goals, and performance expectations

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Agency staffing or full-cycle recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with outbound calling, candidate outreach, and relationship management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience using an ATS or CRM
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, or databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
