Social Content Creation Intern Bridgebees is a modern hiring platform helping companies connect with talent through a more structured, signal-driven approach to recruiting. We’re building something that sits between traditional staffing and internal TA teams — and we’re looking for a creative intern to help bring that story to life. We’re hiring a Social Content Creation Intern to support the design and production of engaging social media content using Canva and AI tools (or any equivalent design tools they prefer). Flexible, summer or month-to-month internship that has the potential to go to full time employment in the future based on performance and business need. We strongly prefer candidates interested in staying longer-term and growing with the product. What You’ll Do • Create social media posts, carousels, and visual content for digital channels • Use AI tools to generate ideas, visuals, and content variations • Turn rough concepts into clean, engaging, on-brand content • Help maintain a consistent visual identity across Bridgebees platforms • Repurpose product ideas, hiring insights, and industry themes into content • Support ongoing experimentation with new content styles and formats Tools You May Use • Canva (we provide Canva Pro access) • Your preferred design software (Figma, Adobe, etc.) • AI tools for ideation and content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, image generation tools) What We’re Looking For • Basic experience creating visual content for social media • Strong creativity and ability to work from loose direction • Interest in startups, SaaS, social media, or digital content • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have • Experience managing or growing social media accounts • Familiarity with branding or content strategy • Interest in HR tech, recruiting, or marketplaces Details • Type: Month-to-month internship (open-ended) • Location: Remote • Time Commitment: Flexible (to be aligned) • Preference: Candidates open to longer-term collaboration and growth
