Bridgebees is a verified talent network for internal hiring teams, built to reduce noise, recover wasted candidate data, and give TA teams a smarter middle ground between doing everything themselves and handing it all to an agency.
Why we exist
Recruiting has a gap problem. We're closing it.
Internal TA teams are expected to move fast, stay unbiased, and deliver confident hires, while managing hundreds of near-identical AI-generated applications, opaque agency relationships, and candidate pipelines full of near-misses no one ever revisits.
On the other side, good candidates fall through cracks every day. They applied, got close, and never heard back, not because they weren't good enough, but because a role closed or headcount shifted. They end up in an ATS graveyard. Nobody wins.
Bridgebees was built because this is a solvable problem. Employers upload the candidates they won't go back to, earn credits, and use those credits to access tools that make their next hire faster and more confident. Every candidate gets another shot. Every employer gets something real in return for doing the right thing.

About our screeners
Real people. Structured process. No chatbot summaries.
When you request a screening through Bridgebees, a trained Bridgebees screener conducts the assessment, not an AI, not an outsourced call centre. Here is exactly how it works and what makes it different.
Trained and certified
Every Bridgebees screener goes through our internal training and certification process before conducting a single assessment. They are evaluated on consistency, candidate experience, and the quality of the structured output they deliver.
Structured criteria, not gut feel
Screenings are built around a standardised scorecard covering role fit, culture alignment, communication, and motivation. Employers can customise the scorecard criteria. Every result is scored consistently, not subject to individual interviewer bias.
A real conversation
Screeners contact candidates directly via phone or video. They represent Bridgebees, not your company, so the conversation stays neutral. Candidates know they are being assessed; there is no pretence.
Delivered as a usable output
You receive a structured summary: scorecard ratings, key notes, a fit recommendation, and a reason for the outcome. Not a paragraph of vague impressions, something you can actually act on.
Screeners are recruited, not crowd-sourced
Bridgebees screeners are part of our team. Many come from internal TA, HR, and recruitment backgrounds. We do not use gig workers or crowd-sourced labour for screenings. Quality and consistency depend on it.
45 credits to start, 100 after
Your first 5 screenings are 45 credits each. After that, screenings are 100 credits. No agency invoice, no retainer, no hidden fees. If a screener cannot reach a candidate after multiple attempts, no credits are charged.

Bridgebees is built exclusively for internal TA teams. Agencies cannot access the candidate pool, full stop. That is a feature, not a limitation. It keeps the signal clean and protects candidates from the outreach spam that has made job searching exhausting.
No AI-inflated resumes
Candidates are encouraged to be honest, not optimised. What you see is who they actually are, not a resume engineered to mirror your job description. Paired with our culture fit quiz, you get a truer picture before you pick up the phone.
Radical transparency
