The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force Area(s) of Responsibility Coordinate inbound and outbound order process Coordinate Nonconforming Material process Essential Functions Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP • Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times • Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time • Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report • Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists • Order changes and problem resolution • Create service orders and request service and testing quotes • Create RMA’s and link orders • Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records Preferred skills & experience Diploma and above 1+ years of office or sales experience Familiar with complex ERP systems, basic knowledge in MS Excel.
