The FP&A Manager will own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ongoing financial planning while partnering with department leaders to understand revenue drivers, operating expenses, and business needs. This person will prepare monthly financial reporting packages, explain budget-to-actual variances, analyze cash flow and financial performance, and help leaders understand the business implications behind the numbers.
The role will develop and refine financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate capital investments, network expansion, and growth initiatives. This includes analyzing operational and financial measures such as cost per passing, customer acquisition and installation costs, subscriber growth, average revenue per user, and return on investment. The FP&A Manager will validate assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
This person will also improve reporting, forecasting, and financial workflows through better data organization, automation, and AI-powered tools.
