About the Role

Brightwell Technologies is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand initiatives as we continue to grow. This person will work closely with sales, product, and leadership to develop campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Own content, email, paid media, and event strategies
Partner with sales to improve lead generation and conversion
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
Manage external agencies and marketing vendors
Lead quarterly marketing planning and reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B marketing experience
Experience with SaaS or technology companies preferred
Strong understanding of demand generation and content marketing
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
