Workforce Analyst

We're looking for a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to own one of the most consequential questions in our company: how much human capacity we need, where it should go, what it costs, and what it returns. This isn't a traditional workforce management role. Hundreds of PEs help our customers every day, and their time is one of the biggest investments we make. Most workforce teams spend their days maintaining that investment. We want someone to design it: to build the models and systems that make capacity decisions obvious, and to spend their time on the questions nobody has answered yet. What will demand look like when we launch something new? What is a minute of handle time actually worth? As AI takes on more of the work, where should the next hour of human effort go?
