This role is designed as an accelerated sales career path, beginning with a structured sales development training program before transitioning into a full Account Executive position with ownership of client relationships, closing, revenue generation, and account growth.
Based on experience, hires begin with a 1 month onboarding and training period focused on building the foundation required to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.
What You’ll Do
Training Period (Sales Development Focus)
During the initial training phase, you will:
- Learn BridgeBees’ business model, service offerings, industries, and client base
- Develop outbound prospecting skills through calls, email outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Support senior team members with pipeline development and client engagement
- Gain hands-on exposure to SaaS, recruiting operations, services, and hiring workflows
- Schedule demos for Account Executives
- Build confidence in consultative sales and communication
- Earn commission while developing core sales and business development skills
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, AI, recruiting, and business development
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining persistence and professionalism
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up, performance-driven environment
- Previous SaaS sales, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus, but not required
