Sr. Director - Activation & Customer Programs

Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Activation & Customer Programs to lead local market execution, customer growth initiatives, and brand activation efforts across a rapidly expanding footprint. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to launch new markets, drive customer acquisition and retention programs, and ensure a strong brand presence within local communities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, field marketing, or demand generation
- Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple markets or territories simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Digital teams
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Strong background in customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing programs
- Experience executing local marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and community activations
NICE TO HAVE:
- Telecom, fiber, broadband, or subscription-based industry experience
- Experience in highly competitive or overbuild markets
- Direct mail marketing and segmentation experience
- Experience managing local PR, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
- Experience building scalable processes within a high-growth organization
