Our client is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy and performance engine for a rapidly growing broadband provider. This role will own demand generation, digital marketing performance, customer acquisition strategy, and market launch execution while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to drive subscriber growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong track record of scaling marketing organizations, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable business outcomes in a high-growth environment.
MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing leadership
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through multi-channel acquisition strategies
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ARPU, conversion rates, and ROI
- Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Telecom, fiber, utilities, or subscription-based business experience
- Experience owning market launch strategies and go-to-market execution
- Experience bringing paid media and performance marketing capabilities in-house
- Direct mail strategy and integrated campaign experience
- Experience leading and scaling marketing organizations during periods of rapid growth
