Workforce Enablement Manager
Our telecom client is hiring a 100% remote Workforce Enablement Manager to improve operational workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and build a team focused on improving the process from customer order through installation.
This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to implement new processes quickly, build out your team, and directly influence operational performance as the company continues to grow.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience overseeing field operations, resource allocation, scheduling, performance management, and service-level results within the Telecom/ ISP industry.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity management, operations, or service delivery, preferably within a large-scale service or infrastructure environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities; forecasting, reporting, data analysis, and development of operational KPIs.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams and stakeholders, including those outside of the direct reporting structure.
- Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, resource planning, or other operational planning technologies.
- Experience building process, SLA's, automation, workflows, and/or teams from the ground up

- Experience working directly with multiple C-levels
DAY TO DAY:
The Workforce Enablement Manager spends their day building and refining capacity planning models that forecast workforce demand against network deployment capacity, then tracking install cycle times and technician utilization to spot bottlenecks. They coordinate closely with field operations, construction, sales, and the NOC to smooth handoffs, adjust staffing and scheduling to seasonal demand, and drive cost-to-serve and process improvement initiatives. Throughout, they pull together KPI dashboards and reporting to keep senior leadership informed and aligned on service delivery performance.
