1. Who we are

Bridgebees operates a verified talent network that connects internal hiring teams with candidates who have chosen to make their profiles visible. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from both employers and candidates who use the platform.

2. Information we collect

From employers:

  • Company name, industry, and contact details provided during sign-up and verification
  • Names and email addresses of team members who access the platform
  • Credit purchase records processed through Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Activity logs including profile views, uploads, and screening requests

From candidates:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Resume content including work history, skills, and education
  • Culture fit quiz results, if completed
  • Consent records, including the date and method of profile approval
  • Any information added directly to a Bridgebees profile

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the Bridgebees platform
  • Verify employer identity and eligibility before granting network access
  • Send candidates the approval email required to activate their profile
  • Match candidates with relevant opportunities within the verified network
  • Process credit purchases and track credit balances
  • Send transactional emails related to account activity (verifications, screening updates)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data. We do not use candidate information for advertising.

4. Who can access candidate profiles

Candidate profile data is only accessible to the following parties, and only after a candidate has explicitly approved their profile:

Verified internal hiring teams

Employers who have passed Bridgebees verification and are confirmed to be internal TA teams at real companies. They may unlock and view candidate profiles using credits.

Authorized Bridgebees personnel and vetted contractors

Members of the Bridgebees team and vetted contractors acting on behalf of Bridgebees may review profiles for the purpose of quality assurance, human screening services, and outreach about relevant opportunities. All contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to those of direct employees.

External recruitment agencies do not have access.

Agencies cannot join the Bridgebees network, cannot purchase credits, and cannot view any candidate resume or profile data. This restriction is structural, not just a policy. If you are a candidate, your information will never be shared with an external recruitment agency through this platform.

Candidate approval is a hard prerequisite. No profile data is visible to any party until the candidate has clicked their verification link and explicitly consented to their profile being active on the network.

5. Candidate control and consent

Candidates retain control of their profile at all times:

  • A profile is only made visible after the candidate approves it via the verification email
  • Candidates may request deactivation or deletion of their profile at any time by contacting info@bridgebees.com
  • Withdrawing consent will remove the profile from search results. Employers who have already unlocked a profile may retain a copy of the information they accessed prior to withdrawal
  • Candidates who create their own account can manage their profile visibility directly from their dashboard

6. Data retention

We retain candidate profile data for as long as the profile is active on the network. If a candidate requests deletion, we will remove their profile from the network within 14 days. Employer account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes.

7. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Clerk, authentication and user account management
  • Stripe, payment processing for credit purchases
  • Supabase, secure file storage for uploaded resumes
  • Resend, transactional email delivery

Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their service and is subject to their own privacy policies.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Resume files are stored in a private, access-controlled environment. Candidate profile data is not publicly indexed or searchable outside the Bridgebees platform.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying users directly. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
