Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Bridgebees platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including employers, candidates, and visitors.

2. Employer eligibility

Access to the Bridgebees employer network is restricted to internal hiring teams at verified companies. You may not register as an employer if you are:

  • A recruitment agency, staffing firm, or external headhunter
  • Acting on behalf of a third-party company without authorization
  • Using the platform to source candidates for resale or for clients you represent

Misrepresenting your organization type is grounds for immediate account termination. Bridgebees reserves the right to verify employer identity at any time and to revoke access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Candidate consent and profile activation

Candidate profiles on Bridgebees are only activated after the candidate has explicitly approved their profile by clicking the verification link sent to them by email. Until that approval is given:

  • No candidate data is visible to any employer on the platform
  • No employer may contact the candidate through Bridgebees
  • The candidate upload exists as a pending record only

Employers who upload candidate resumes represent that they have a legitimate, pre-existing relationship with the candidate and that the candidate's information was obtained lawfully.

4. Network access and authorized personnel

Once a candidate has approved their profile, the following parties may access it:

Verified internal hiring teams

Employers who have passed Bridgebees verification may unlock profiles using credits and contact candidates directly about relevant opportunities.

Authorized Bridgebees personnel and vetted contractors

Bridgebees recruiters and vetted contractors acting on behalf of Bridgebees may review candidate profiles and reach out directly to candidates about relevant opportunities. This includes conducting human screening interviews and facilitating shortlisting services. All contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations and are subject to Bridgebees oversight.

External agencies are explicitly excluded.

Recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and external headhunters are prohibited from accessing the Bridgebees network. They cannot register as employers, view candidate profiles, or use Bridgebees data in any form. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in permanent account termination.

5. Employer responsibilities

As an employer on Bridgebees, you agree to:

  • Use candidate information solely for legitimate internal hiring purposes
  • Not share unlocked candidate profiles or contact details with third parties, including agencies
  • Not use the platform to build or augment external resume databases
  • Treat candidates with respect and only contact them about genuinely relevant opportunities
  • Only upload candidates with whom you have a legitimate pre-existing relationship
  • Accurately represent your company and the roles you are hiring for

6. Credits

Credits are the in-platform currency used to access Bridgebees features. The following applies to all credits:

  • Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted to other accounts
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • Contribution credits are awarded when an uploaded candidate verifies their profile; credits are not awarded if verification does not occur
  • Screening credits are only deducted upon successful completion of a screening. If a screener is unable to reach the candidate after reasonable attempts, no credits are charged
  • Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Bridgebees to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy candidate or employer data
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, or hiring intent
  • Contact candidates for purposes unrelated to legitimate job opportunities
  • Interfere with or circumvent any platform security or access control
  • Violate any applicable employment, data protection, or anti-discrimination law

8. Intellectual property

The Bridgebees platform, brand, and all associated content are owned by Bridgebees. Candidates retain ownership of the content they submit. Employers retain ownership of the candidate information they upload, subject to the candidate's right to withdraw consent. By uploading content to the platform, you grant Bridgebees a limited license to use that content to operate the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Bridgebees provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, candidate availability, or screening results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgebees is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any user for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Bridgebees may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misrepresents employer eligibility, or engages in conduct harmful to the network or its candidates. Users may close their account at any time by contacting info@bridgebees.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
